Hailed by the Boston Globe as a “highly attuned pianist,” Tom Jennings has worked with artists in a wide array of genres. He has performed as concerto soloist with orchestras, accompanied opera luminaries Ben Heppner and Jerome Hines, cabaret stars Steve Ross and Leslie Uggams, chamber music with New York’s top instrumentalists, and jazz at venues throughout the US and abroad. His latest album, Closing Prayers (Sunday Jazz, Vol. 4) was released in September of 2022. In addition to four other solo releases, Tom has appeared on numerous artist recordings, including those by Lou Marini, DeShannon Higa, Terry Silverlight, Gary Haase, Steve Sacks, Emily Drennan, Soo Bae, and many others. Tom holds the Doctor of Musical Arts in piano from Manhattan School of Music.
