Mezzo-soprano Nox Chea is a graduate of Manhattan School of Music. Previous credits include Verdi’s La Traviata (Flora Bervoix), Tobias Picker’s Emmeline (Mrs. Bass), Puccini’s Suor Angelica (La Badessa), Britten’s Albert Herring (Florence Pike), and Rimsky-Korsakov’s The Snow Maiden (Lel). Scene work includes Idomeneo (Idamante), Massanet’s Cendrillon and Chérubin (Chérubin). Fae has garnered awards in NANM’s Marian Anderson vocal competition. Mx. Chea was a recipient of the Thomas H. Barth Foundation Scholarship while at MSM. Nox continues to sing through your NYC.
